Information we collect

OpsStack collects information that visitors submit through email signup, lead, vendor inquiry, listing claim, sponsorship, and correction forms. This may include email address, organization name, contact name, website, company size, software category, use case, budget, timeline, phone number, and message text.

Analytics and usage data

OpsStack may use privacy-aware analytics or GA4 to understand page views, engagement, traffic sources, conversion events, and site performance. Analytics events can include page views, engaged reads, CTA clicks, affiliate clicks, lead submissions, email signups, correction submissions, and vendor inquiry submissions.

How information is used

Submitted information is used to respond to inquiries, store correction reports, qualify buyer requests, improve software comparison pages, monitor source quality, and measure whether pages are useful. OpsStack does not sell submitted lead or inquiry data in the MVP launch state.

Affiliate and sponsored links

Some outbound vendor links may be affiliate or sponsored links. OpsStack may log affiliate click events for reporting and attribution. Commercial links should be visibly disclosed and should not alter source-backed editorial standards.

Service providers

OpsStack uses service providers for hosting, database storage, analytics, email notification, and workflow automation. These providers process information only as needed to operate the site and related workflows.

For privacy questions or data requests, contact OpsStack through the contact form. This policy should be reviewed before enabling paid ads, broader lead distribution, or additional marketing tools.
